How to make your own kitchen garden

Get there a bag of loam and don’t throw dried leaves. Place them in the pot over, and leave them all winter. In January, they start to become compost, so the plant will be fertilized naturally. In February, sunlight becomes strong, and in March the plants will already have buds. All these plants are excellent both dried and fresh. Flavor any kind of food from salads to soups. But if you keep them green in winter you will enjoy vitamin C in abundance. For example, parsley has an impressive amount of vitamin C, so hard to come by in winter.

Rosemary blossoms even in autumn. Its needle shaped leaves mustn’t be cooked because they lose flavor. Chop fresh and added them to any dish finally over. Prepare your winter and aromatic oil with chopped fresh rosemary, garlic, nuts and pepper. Gross and sea salt can be combined with rosemary to taste sensational.

Choose pot thyme dedicated. Garden thyme has extremely aromatic leaves when blossoming. But better withstand winter. Put together Thymus vulgaris – a wild relative. Is now everywhere in wild areas. In terms of cultivation, it has the same claims as thyme garden or a sunny spot. And thyme will look spectacular. You can pick it from the mountain or pre-mountain areas.
